Ginger gives some advice on things to consider when asking for advice. She also gives leadership advice, and talks about sympathy v. empathy. Be compassionate. Everyone is in a leadership position somehow whether a CEO or an older sibling. Lastly, seeking counsel is wise, do not be fooled into thinking other people's two cents do not matter.
