I Quit

I Need Advice

This episode gives tips on how to go about getting advice from other people. YES WE KNOW, you are a go-getter, you are independent, you don't need nobody...until you do. Ginger gives some advice on things to consider when asking for advice. She also gives leadership advice, and talks about sympathy v. empathy. Be compassionate. Everyone is in a leadership position somehow whether a CEO or an older sibling. Lastly, seeking counsel is wise, do not be fooled into thinking other people's two cents do not matter.
